What does MASAMI SUSHI stands for?

Masami Sushi established in November 2016 in Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; by two
guys who wanted to change middle eastern people’s image about sushi and make it the
ultimate favourite choice. it is precisely for that reason that the restaurant was established.

The first sushi restaurant to combine between the superior cooking and the signature
raspberry indulged in sushi for Saudi Arabia. As well as, the most illustrious of all sushi’s
restaurant and the finest eating places with elegance in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
At Masami Sushi we go with our own slogan “WE ARE NOT MAKING SUSHI, WE ARE
MAKING ART.”

 Moreover, as our prince Mohammed bin Salman, has said: “السماء عنان طموحنا
“ meaning “Our ambition is heavenly” . Therefore, we all aspire to take the restaurant to the
next level after we get a lot of positive feedback from our guests.
In addition, our logo stands for M&S letter shaped like sumo wrestlers with a sword from
chopsticks, as for the outlet layout we aim for a specific characteristics of a wooden modern
décor to catch the Japanese Culture.

Support programe


Operational Support – MASAMI SUSHI Management will provide ongoing training and support in
many areas critical to the success of the franchisee’s business, including unit operations and
maintenance, customer-service techniques, product ordering, suggested pricing guidelines, food
safety and quality standards and administrative procedures.

Site Selection — Prior to approving a site for MASAMI SUSHI outlet, the Management will provide
franchisees with clear guidelines for a suitable location. MASAMI SUSHI requires franchisees to follow
these instructions to ensure that an appropriate site is located.

Marketing Support – MASAMI SUSHI coordinates development of advertising materials and
strategies for the benefit of all members of the franchise network. It also provides franchisees with
consumer marketing plans and materials for use at the local or regional level, and retains the right to
approve all local advertising materials that the franchisee chooses to develop.

Purchasing – MASAMI SUSHI Management or its affiliate will negotiate quantity discounts on behalf
of all its members, passing some or all of these savings on to the franchisees.
Accounting/Audit/Legal — Reporting directly to administration, this department is responsible for the
financial and legal oversight of franchisees.

Internal Support — The functional areas of training, purchasing, franchisee communications, and
research and development are typically included in such a department.

Ongoing Research and Development – MASAMI SUSHI continues to research methods and
techniques for franchise operations (including purchasing and promotional schemes) that enhance
unit-level profitability.

Overall Program Oversight – MASAMI SUSHI Management will provide the overall coordination and
planning for the entire franchise system.

Franchise Agreement Duration :

The initial term of the Franchise Agreement is 5 years from the date the Franchise Agreement is signed. The franchise is renewable for 4 additional terms of 5 years each, for a total of 15  years providing you have complied with the provisions of the Franchise Agreement.

The customer must pay the amount for the sushi cake in the chosen branch you requested within 24 hours after ordering the sushi cake. If the payment is not made, the reservation will be canceled.
